Negocio y Mejora nace en 2021 como una respuesta a una realidad que limita el verdadero potencial de miles de pequeñas y medianas empresas en México y América Latina: la falta de herramientas, métodos y visión estratégica para operar bajo estándares de clase mundial.

En muchos casos, los dueños de estas empresas enfrentan desafíos diarios tan urgentes —como cubrir la nómina o sostener la operación— que terminan relegando aspectos clave como la mejora continua, la innovación y el liderazgo. Esta situación no solo genera estancamiento, sino que deja a las PYMES vulnerables frente a competidores extranjeros que llegan con procesos estandarizados, tecnologías avanzadas y metodologías internacionales probadas.

Modelo AVANSA de Consultoría Empresarial
